All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

CAN YOU SEND SOME OF WHAT I ORDERED EARLY?

Should you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, it will require the purchase of an additional $8.95 shipping charge if the items being sent do not meet the $150 Free Shipping threshold

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Pre-Orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Product and Sports Cards Products will incur a 10% Processing Fee for the cancelled items.

As per our TCG Singles Shipping Policy, all singles sales are final.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders from all other categories (Board Games, Role Playing Games, etc...) can be made at any time and no additional fee will be incurred.

PRE-ORDER PRICE GUARANTEE

If we lower the price of a Pre-Order product before it's release date you will be refunded the difference to your original payment method. If we raise the price of a Pre-Order product before or after it's release date, the cost to you will not change. This guarantee does not apply to TCG Singles as they are final sale.

HAS THIS RELEASED/ ARRIVED YET?

An item has been released officially upon the removal of the "Pre-Order" text from it's name. Eg. "Next Best Thing (Pre-Order)". Release dates are subject to change due to errors or delays in regards to publishing, distribution and/ or other onforseen circumstances.
